This radiograph demonstrates several features of Ollier disease. The left distal femur is widened with an "Erlenmeyer" deformity. The left femur is also shortened relative to the right. The medullary space is disrupted by ectopic cartilage which formed as the bone elongated. Matrix calcification is also present. Other enchondromas are seen.
